Congratulations to New York State Park Police Officers Darryl Borkenhagen and Christopher Gerlach, as well as Lieutenant Clyde Doty, who rescued a woman after receiving reports that she was in the water and clinging to a rock in the lower Niagara River on Friday, November 9th.
